Contact forms

If you fill a contact form on our website we collect the data shown in the contact form – your name, email address, your phone number. They will be used and saved so your question to be answered and your need solved. It can be used for sending news and articles and for promotional activities. These data will be stored for one year from your last message.

Surveys

When visitors fill our survey forms we collect data filled in the survey. The data is used for analytical purposes and also for generation of a response to your quiries. These data will be stored for one year after filling the survey form.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Currently we don’t provide an option to log on or to publish an article and we don’t store cookies with regard to saving login information or “Remember me” option.

To sub-contractors or other third parties we use to run our business. In such ocasions we require contractual obligations to keep your personal data confidential and to not use it for any tiher purpose than the purpose for which we provide the data. For any other purpose or to any other person, with your consent.

How long we retain your data

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

Therefore:

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
